Susan B Anthony Single Coins

Susan B. Anthony dollars were minted from 1979 to 1981, and again in 1999. We offer 'SBA' dollars as they are commonly called, from all the different years and mint marks. This includes the rare Type 2 coins of 1979 and 1981 . The reverse of the coin depicts an eagle flying above the moon (with the Earth in the background), a design adapted from the Apollo 11 mission insignia that was also present on the Eisenhower Dollar. Susan B. Anthony dollars were a short lived series, never well accepted, only the large transit sytems and the Post Office made good use of them.
