Bullion Policy
This policy applies to all bullion and precious metals transactions, including purchases from and sales to Golden Eagle Coins.
All bullion prices are locked when a confirmation number is issued. Once locked, bullion transactions cannot be canceled.
Buying from Golden Eagle Coins: If you choose not to complete a bullion purchase after your price is locked, the order may only be canceled by offsetting the transaction at the current market buy price. You are responsible for any difference between your locked purchase price and the offset price.
Selling to Golden Eagle Coins: If you choose not to complete a sale after your price is locked, the transaction may only be canceled by offsetting at the current market selling price. You are responsible for any difference between the locked sale price and the offset price.
Any market loss resulting from a canceled or offset transaction is the responsibility of the customer. Any market gain resulting from a cancellation belongs to Golden Eagle Coins.

Checks, Money Orders & Cashier's Checks: We require a holding period of 10 business days for all checks and money orders. The 10 business-day holding period begins on the first banking day after we receive your payment. If funds fail to clear within this period, we reserve the right to hold the order until funds have become available. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Credit Cards
All credit card orders must ship to the verified billing address associated with the card. Orders may be held until billing information is successfully verified. We reserve the right to refuse any order if incorrect or unverifiable billing information is provided.
Cancellation of Orders
Whether buying or selling, all prices are locked once we have issued a confirmation number.
Cancellation requests must be made during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm EST.
All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Bullion orders are subject to both the $35 cancellation fee and the Bullion Policy described above.
Any market gain which occurs as a result of cancellations belongs to Golden Eagle Coins.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if a confirmed price is incorrect for any reason, or if payment is not received within the time frame outlined above.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all non-bullion products. You may request either a refund or an exchange for items of equal value. Bullion items may not be returned, but they may be sold back to us at current market prices.
