Order was first time and a mix bag of bullion, proof sets, and certified. Large enough to make you nervous when it goes missing for a week or two. Everything did eventually get delivered. The order was properly filled and the certified gold coin is better than expected. I'm impressed. GoldenEagle is the good guy. I will use them again. Be aware, registered restricted deliver is the safest, but painfully slow. Any problem you will have is with USPS, not GoldenEagle Coins.

This was my first big purchase online. I researched prices and customer reviews and chose to go with Golden Eagle Coins. When I received my package, I noticed a few items were not exactly what I ordered. I called the phone number for Golden Eagle Coins and spoke with Sammie about it. She said she would look into it and call me back. Sure enough, she called about 20 minutes later and said she figured out what happened. She said that she would ship to me the correct items and include a shipping label to use to ship back the incorrect items. Done. I'm very impressed with the customer service of Golden Eagle Coins!
