I know very little about coin collecting. I Called the 1800 number and Bob Sr took the time to educate me a bit. He was busy taking orders with his other loyal customers but assured me that he would have what I wanted when I called back...guess what, when I called back he did. He was a man of his word and what he sent me surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and speed of service. Order was first time and a mix bag of bullion, proof sets, and certified. Large enough to make you nervous when it goes missing for a week or two. Everything did eventually get delivered. The order was properly filled and the certified gold coin is better than expected. I'm impressed. GoldenEagle is the good guy. I will use them again. Be aware, registered restricted deliver is the safest, but painfully slow. Any problem you will have is with USPS, not GoldenEagle Coins.
