Bob and his son are really great folks, knowledgeable but not condecendingly so- ready to help you learn as you purchase. What a wodnerful experience. If you're truly buying or selling forget the rest and come to the best- and that saying "When you deal w/family you have to hold your breath and hold on to your wallet" does not apply here!!!!!
