Certified Walking Liberty Half Dollar 1920-D VG08 PCGS

The 1920-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar is an early Denver Mint issue from one of America's most celebrated silver coin series. Designed by Adolph A. Weinman, the Walking Liberty Half Dollar was produced from 1916 through 1947. The 1920-D has a comparatively low original mintage of 1,551,000 pieces and was struck in 90% silver and 10% copper. Each coin originally weighed 12.50 grams, measured approximately 30.6 mm in diameter and 2.15 mm thick, and carried a denomination of 50 cents. This circulated example has been authenticated and graded VG08 by PCGS.
