The 2014-W Baseball Hall of Fame Five Dollar Gold Commemorative was issued by the United States Mint to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Struck at the West Point Mint from 90% gold and 10% copper, the coin weighs 8.36 grams, measures 21.6 mm in diameter and approximately 1.75 mm thick, and contains about 0.2419 troy ounce of pure gold. Only 17,674 uncirculated examples were produced. This specimen has earned the perfect PCGS MS70 grade and features a special Cal Ripken Jr Iron Man Collection holder presentation.
