The Certified Morgan Silver Dollar 1903-O MS63 NGC has earned a BU grade and comes encased in an official NGC holder. The 1903-O has become a rare find in the circulated coins range. Before 1962, the 1903-O was deemed one of the rarest Morgans ever minted. Then, bags of 1903-O Morgans in Mint State condition flooded into the Philadelphia mint raising the mintage of the Morgans. What was once thought of as a low minted coin is now easily found and the Morgans with a lower grade, are more sought after than the higher grades. The New Orleans Mint saw the production of the Morgan silver dollar through, before being decommissioned in 1909. The New Orleans Mint became a National Historic Landmark and a few other things once it was no longer a mint.
