The Certified Morgan Silver Dollar 1881-S MS65 Redfield Collection has earned a very high grade and is a part of the Redfield Collection. The Redfield Hoard was a house that contains hundreds of BU Morgan Silver Dollars and was discovered after the death of Levere Redfield, a prolific collector of his time. The San Francisco Mint is one of those businesses that has lasted a century and has no plans of stopping any time soon. The west coast mint was first established in 1854, as a result of the famous gold rushes.
