Depending on who you ask, 1921 either was or wasn't the Morgan's last year of production. George T. Morgan was the English engraver for the United States mint, who is responsible for designing some very famous coins, most notably for the Morgan silver dollar. On other coins in circulation, the Lady Liberty is shown from head to toe, her slender body in full view. But Morgan's take was of her beautiful face and at a side angle, he respectively portrays her features as delicate and lovely. An eagle is on the reverse of the Morgan, with outstretched wings and unique tail feathers. The beloved saying, "In God We Trust," is also included, like all other US currency. Your 1921 Morgan was minted in Philadelphia and has earned the high grade of MS65. Most Morgans don't earn a grade higher than MS64 so this coin is a real treat!
