-Obverse: Turning the coin over to the obverse side, a lovely portrait of Queen Elizabeth II is featured in all of her splendor. The Queen is realistically depicted, with her age and maturity celebrated with specific lines and shading. Her hair is tight with curls and graced with a delicate crown. Her lips give off a gentle and welcoming smirk, while she still stands powerful and brace. The coin's place of mintage, "Australia," and the coin's legal tender value, "one dollar," are also included on the obverse of the coin.
-Reverse: The 2020 silver Koala's reverse design premieres a lone koala, looking straight on, while holding onto a Eucalyptus branch. The koala's design is very realistic, including individual hair strokes to maintain the furry friend's appearance. The coin's name, "Australian Koala," and "2020 1oz .999 silver," are also included on the reverse.
