Bullion Policy

The following policy applies to all bullion sales and purchases. In regard to purchasing bullion or precious metals products from Golden Eagle Coins, the sale price offered to you is locked and the transaction cannot be canceled once a confirmation number has been issued. The only option is to offset at the current buy price. You are responsible for paying any deficit between the price at which Golden Eagle Coins sold to you and the offset price. In regards to selling to Golden Eagle Coins, the offered price is locked and the transaction cannot be canceled once a confirmation number has been issued. The only option is to offset at the current buying price. You are responsible for paying any deficit between the offered price and the offset price.

Confirmation Of Price

When placing an order or selling to us, your final price is locked in and your order cannot be cancelled once we have issued a confirmation number. Payment must be made within 24 hours and received by us within 5 business days for purchases. We require a credit card to confirm purchases and sales regardless of payment type. This is to lock the current market price. When selling to us, the sale price is locked in and the sale cannot be cancelled once we have issued a confirmation number. All sales to us must be shipped within 24 hours. If we do not receive the items within 5 business days we reserve the right to purchase items at current market value or decline the sale to us. All purchases or sales with Golden Eagle Coins constitute a legally binding agreement.

Payment Options

We accept Bank Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Money Order, Credit Cards, & Paypal as acceptable means of payment for online orders. Exceptions are as follows:
• Bank Wire Transfer is only available for orders over $1500
• Credit Cards are accepted for orders not exceeding $1500
Checks, Money Orders & Cashiers Checks
We require a holding period of 10 business days for all checks and money orders. The 10 day holding period begins on the first banking day after we receive your payment. If funds fail to clear in that period of time, we reserve the right to hold order until funds have become available. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Credit Cards

All orders placed with credit cards must be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. Orders will be held until this information is verified. We reserve the right to refuse any order if incorrect billing information is given.

Cancellation of Orders

Whether buying or selling, all prices are locked once we have issued a confirmation number. If you choose to cancel, you must do so during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm EST. All cancellations are subject to a $35 restocking fee. Bullion orders are subject to our bullion policy as well as the $35 cancellation fee. Any market gain which occurs as a result of cancellations belongs to Golden Eagle Coins. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders when the confirmed price is incorrect for any reason. In addition, we may cancel your order at any time if we do not receive your payments in the time frame outlined above.

Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy on all non-bullion products. You may request either a full refund or exchange for items of equal value. Bullion items may not be returned but they may be sold back to us at current market values.
