-Obverse: Lady Liberty in all of her glory; loosely dressed in a lightweight toga that gently moves with the wind. The lady has a tall and slender figure that is draped by a large American flag. Both of the lady's arms are occupied; one holding a bundle of branches and the other is extended as if reaching out in invitation. The rising sun encroaches behind her as it offers the hope of a new day. The words, "Liberty," and "In God We Trust," are both stamped on the obverse, along with the coin's date of mintage.
-Reverse: Displays the US Coat of Arms with 13 stars above it to represent the original 13 colonies. The reverse also bears the coin's weight and purity to prove its validity.
