My husband, James, and I just wanted to say thank you to Golden Eagle Coins and especially to Bob, Sr. We called a couple of weeks ago worried about our order of silver eagle coins, unsure why they did not ship with our gold eagles. Bob, Sr. spoke with us on the phone and explained the delay was on the Mint's part (heavy demand), and that they would ship as soon as possible. Within the week we had our silver eagles in hand, well ahead of the anticipated ship date even. We just wanted to thank you for making our delivery a priority, we know you have a lot of customers to serve. While on business travel from the West Coast, I had the opportunity to visit the Golden Eagle store in Laurel, MD. As a rabid collector of Morgan and Peace dollars, I didn't have high expectations when driving up to the store. However, once inside I had the opportunity to chat with Bob Sr., and was immediately impressed with his openness and willingness to find those key-date coins I'm presently lacking. His wit and charm made it a very pleasant buying experience, and I plan to buy more coins from Golden Eagle in the future. Thx Bob Sr. for the hospitality and enjoyable buying experience.
