  • Description:

John F. Kennedy is the 35th president of the United States and one of the most remembered presidents of all time. Kennedy was born and raised in Massachusetts, by a politician and a socialite. Kennedy got into politics early on in his life, after serving in the military. At the young age of 43, Kennedy was the youngest man to be elected into office as president and charmed the nation. Despite his numerous extramarital affairs, Kennedy accomplished a lot in his 2 short years as president. Some events that took place during his presidency are the Bay of Pigs, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, the establishment of the Peace Corps, the Civil Rights Movement, and developments in the Space Race. John F. Kennedy was assassinated at the end of 1963 in Dallas, Texas. This moment is still remembered by many who were alive to witness it and contains conspiracies as far as how many shooters there actually were.

John F. Kennedy has gone down in history as one of the best presidents in history, despite his shortcomings as a husband. Kennedy's face is etched into the obverse of the 2015-P Presidential Dollar. Kennedy served one incomplete term, which is inscribed on the obverse as well. Like all the other Presidential Dollars, the date of mintage and mint-mark can be found on the rim of each dollar. The reverse highlights the astute Statue of Liberty and the coin's legal tender value. The Presidential Dollars are made from a unique metal alloy, containing copper and brass, which result in the alluring golden color. There are 25 brilliant uncirculated coins in a roll and be sure to check in with us to see if they are in their original packaging.
