The Certified Morgan Silver Dollar 1897 MS63 NGC has earned a BU grade, according to the Sheldon Grading Scale and comes encased in an official NGC holder. The Coinage Act of 1792 announced the creation of the Philadelphia Mint. Being the country's capital at the time, Philadelphia housed the first US Mint in history.
