Price Confirmations and Binding AgreementYour order with Golden Eagle Coins constitutes a legally binding agreement.
When ordering online, your final price is locked in and your order cannot be cancelled once we have issued a confirmation number to you by email. Payment must be made within 24 hours and received by us within 5 business days on orders under $25,000 and 3 business days on orders over $25,000. Providing your credit card information is necessary to guarantee all orders.
When selling online, the sale price is locked in and the sale cannot be cancelled once we have issued a confirmation number via email, only offset at our current buying price. All purchases must be shipped by the end of the following business day and tracking numbers must be sent to us via email. If we do not receive the items within 5 business days for which you have given us a tracking number, and the delay is due to USPS, UPS, or Federal Express service, we will extend that deadline on a case by case basis.
Golden Eagle Coins only accepts payments made by credit card, bank wire, certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check.
Credit card orders of any amount are subject to review and approval. We recommend using another of the methods listed above when paying for transactions over $2,500.
For swift, hassle free processing, we recommend always using direct bank wire as your payment method. However, the following recommendations also meet our approval.
For orders between $50 and $2,500 we recommend any of the options above.
For orders between $2,500.01 and $10,000 we recommend payment by bank wire, certified check, cashier’s check, money orders, or personal check. All payments on such orders must be received within 5 business days.
For orders between $10,000.01 and $25,000 we recommend payment by bank wire, certified check, or cashier’s check. All payments on such orders must be received within 5 business days.
For orders over $25,000.01 we recommend payment by bank wire only. All payments for such orders must be received within 3 business days.
We hold cashier’s checks and certified checks for 1-10 banking days. Personal checks are held for 10-14 banking days regardless of when they clear.
"Good As Cash Funds" by definition, is the day your funds are made good. That day is typically the same day we receive payment via bank wires; 1-10 banking days from the day we receive your cashier’s check or certified check; and 10 banking days from when we receive your personal check. Additional delays may occur if your bank fails to cooperate in a timely fashion as we verify your transaction.
Payment InstructionsYou can find our payment instructions on the final page during the ordering process and also in the email we send after you complete your order. Payment must be made within 24 hours of your order date by one of the methods specified above. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet these requirements, or any order we deem to be questionable or a significant risk to us, regardless of payment method or price confirmation. Please read and understand any and all instructions.
Cancellation of OrdersWhether buying or selling, all prices are locked once we’ve issued a confirmation number. However, we understand rare circumstances do occur when orders must be cancelled. If you decide to do so, you must do so over the telephone and during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm EST. All cancellations are subject to our market loss policy and you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
At the time of your call, you will be given a cancellation number. If any market loss to Golden Eagle Coins has occurred, that amount will be added to your $35 cancellation fee. Feel free to pay the total sum by credit card at that time or receive an invoice from us and pay the total within thirty days. No further orders will be permitted unless all market loss is paid in full. Any market gain which occurs as a result of cancellations belongs to Golden Eagle Coins.
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders when the confirmed price is incorrect for any reason.
In addition, we may cancel your order at any time if we do not receive your payments in the timeframe outlined above.
In regard to purchasing from Golden Eagle Coins, the price offered to you is locked and the transaction cannot be cancelled once a confirmation number has been issued. The only option is to offset at the current asking price. You are responsible for paying any deficit between the price at which Golden Eagle Coins sold to you and the offset price.

A $35 fee will be charge for all cancellations.
Any market gain as a result of cancellations belongs to Golden Eagle Coins.
Orders from Golden Eagle Coins are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Registered/Insured, and Federal Express and require signatures upon receipt. The average travel time is 5-10 business days. We retain the package’s tracking number and can only use it for tracking purposes if you have not received the package within 30 days of the date it was shipped. Golden Eagle Coins fully insures all of its packages. Should anything happen to your package while in transit, it will be covered by our insurance policy and it becomes our responsibility to file a claim. However, we cannot accept responsibility if you have given the carrier instruction to leave the packages unattended, or with anyone but yourself. If anything happens to your package in such a circumstance, it will not be covered by our insurance.
Once that insurance claim is filed, we will either re-ship similar items to you or refund your money.
We want you to be pleased with all of your purchases from Golden Eagle Coins; so much so that your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not happy with an item received from us, just let us know within 3 days, send the product back in its original packaging when we instruct you to do so, and we’ll send you a refund or exchange the product for one of matching value. This offer even extends to bullion and certified coins though, on such items, the buyer may be required, by Golden Eagle Coins, to pay any market loss incurred on returns plus a restocking fee. Any market gain will belong to Golden Eagle Coins. If you choose to exchange the item, we reserve the right to either find an acceptable replacement or refund your money.
A standard 5% restocking fee is applied to all returned credit card orders.

Because of the natural fluctuations in price, investing in bullion and coins may not be suitable for everyone. It is in your best interest to learn as much as you can, fully understand the market, and ensure you have sufficient financial reserves before considering any investment.
